Farouq Hosni leaves for Paris

Minister of Culture Farouq Hosni left Cairo for Paris ‎Saturday 20/10/2007 accompanied by a delegation on a ‎several days' visit to France.‎

In pre-departure statements, Farouq Hosni told ‎reporters the visit falls within the framework of ‎supporting the Egyptian nominee for the membership ‎of the UNESCO's World Heritage Committee. ‎

Only seven members among 20 will be selected, he ‎said.
