Thanks very much to Carolyn Graves-Brown for the following information: The debate concerning the tomb of Niankhkhnum and Khnumhotep has receieved coverage in the Times Higher Eduaction Supplement for 28th October page 18-19. As it states, this topic will be discussed in the Egypt Centre Conference in Swansea on 19th-20th December 2005. See the above URL for details. The article, by Steve Farrar, is entitled 'Is this the earliest image of a gay couple' and summarises the various views of Greg Reeder, John Baines, David O'Connor, Thomas Dowson and Richard Parkinson. With the exception of John Baines, all will be there to join in what promises to be a lively discussion in Swansea in December.
