Photos of new excavations in the Valley fo the Kings

kv64.info

Kate has posted a couple of photographs of new excavations in the Valley of the Kings on her News from the Valley of the Kings blog. There is no information available at the moment about what is being excavated but I daresay that news will be forthcoming if something is discovered. As well as the tombs there are also settlement remains from the period of tomb construction in the Valley. As usual there is a good discussion going in response to Kate's posts on her blog.
