Travel: Nile Hilton to be converted to Nile Ritz-Carlton

Ritz Carlton has signed a deal with Misr Hotels, a subsidiary of The Holding Company for Tourism, Hotels and Cinema, to convert the Nile Hilton to The Nile Ritz-Carlton, Cairo. Ritz-Carlton will soon commence a complete restoration and renovation of the half-century old property.


There's a feature about the Nile Hilton on the Tour Egypt website. I've spent many happy hours drinking cold beer and eating my way through the snack menu on the terrace of the Nile Hilton.
