Daily Photo - Unusual photographs from Luxor

My thanks today to Fred Sierevogel for sending me these two ususual photographs of Luxor. The first shows a shaft near the Temple of Hatshesut (Djeser Djeseru) at Deir el Bahri. The second is a view of the Nile at Luxor, and was taken from a hot air balloon (something that I still haven't done, but is on my list to do the very next time I find myself in Luxor).

- Former Temple?
Here's something a bit different. Currently setting up the Norfolk Ancient Egypt Society, Glen Fricker has emailed me a photo he took in 2001 from a hot air balloon (lucky thing - I still haven't managed to organize myself onto one of those!)....
