Not strictly Egyptology, but certainly directly relevant, this piece by David Gill (member of the Department of Classics, Ancient History and Egyptology at Swansea University, Wales) on his Looting Matters blog looks at the 2006 "New Guidelines on Loans of Antiquities and Ancient Art".
